I’ll admit, I am not the healthiest of eaters. Ok, let’s be real … I eat like a 12 year old boy. I don’t particularly care for vegetables, and while I do my best to provide a well balanced meal for my family, I’m still snacking on chips and sweets when the kids aren’t around. It hasn’t caught up to me yet, my weight is in the normal-ish range, however there’s that saying “what’s on the inside is what counts” … and it’s so true for your health; literally, in terms of cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure and so on.
When you head down the vitamin and supplement aisle, it looks something like this, right?
How on earth do you know what YOU need? What is going to be good for YOUR body?
Centrum has made that real easy on you, with NutritionPossible.com.
You go through a quick survey sliding the bars for your daily eating and activity habits, like this:
When you’re done, you have a (Free!) instant regimen suggesting specific vitamins or supplements that you need for your optimum health. No surprise, the top of my list was a multivitamin (“Your current diet doesn’t contain enough fruit and/or vegetables”). It also gives you suggested foods and activities that will help in the areas you may be lacking.
With your free plan comes a high value coupon for $10 off any ProNutrients Supplement when you buy any Centrum Multivitamin (which I need anyway!).
Now if getting help like that isn’t fun enough, Centrum Nutrition Possible is giving one lucky Chaos Is Bliss reader a $25 American Express Gift Card! Use it on your health, your body, YOU!
Here’s how to enter, easy peasy …
- Take the quick Centrum Nutrition Possible assessment
- Comment back here on this post and share something you learned from the assessment – maybe a supplement that was suggested, or a vitamin you may be lacking.
The giveaway is open now through 9pm EST on Monday, February 13, 2012. One winner will be drawn randomly using And The Winner Is… and will win a $25 American Express Gift Card. See complete rules for this giveaway.

I learned I am lacking whole grains in my diet. I was kind of surprised by this because I always felt like I was taking in enough whole grains but according to the assessment I guess I am not. Good to know! Thanks!
