GIVEAWAY: Win a Lunchbox Filled with Horizon Organic DHA Omega-3 Milk Boxes!

Horizon Organic Milk giveaway 500

Update: The giveaway is now closed. Congrats to our winner Erin M.!

I do my best to pack healthy lunches for my kids, but always with a sweet treat for the end. When I shop for juice, I really try to buy 100% juice with no high fructose corn syrup. I can’t say that I buy organic milk on a regular basis – I know the benefits but sometimes honestly I just choke a bit on the price, especially buying 3 gallons a week.

When it comes to drink options for my kiddos – especially when I’m packing a lunch for school or camp – I will get juice pouches (again, 100% juice or sometimes the water-juice blend) because I know my kids will drink them.

But that was before I found that Horizon had come up with a single-serving box of organic milk – with 32 mg of a sustainable, plant-basedand vegetarian source of DHA Omega-3 to be precise. This means it’s free from ocean-borne contaminants, does not contribute to overfishing and is a great option for those following a vegetarian diet.

Folks, this takes the lunch-line milk carton to a whole new level!

Horizon Organic sent me this darling lunchbox filled with Horizon Organic Milk Boxes, and guess what – they’ll send the same to one lucky Chaos Is Bliss reader! Mine are chilling in the fridge, ready for my kids to try the next time I pack their lunches.

I am usually a water fiend for my kids – but we’ve been discovering some healthier juices this summer and I’ve been wavering on my water stance. Especially when I have one child who doesn’t eat a lot of the healthy foods I pack and I feel like I just need to get some mostly healthy calories into her. So liquid is a great option for our summer camp days!!

My son had a peanut-free class last year, so we had to find alternatives to his favorite peanut butter. We tried Sunbutter and he now prefers it over regular PB. I pack it as a dip for pretzels, apples or celery.
