Earth Fare Greenwood

UPDATE: This giveaway is now closed. Congrats Holly E.!

I can’t believe it’s been a year and a half since the first Earth Fare opened in Indiana (Noblesville, to be precise). The following summer their 2nd Indiana store opened in Carmel. Now a year later, they got wise and entered the south side area near Greenwood, Indiana; an area lacking in options for natural and organic groceries.

Earth Fare Greenwood has come in with a bang, and a new look – from their spiffy new logo in the photo above, to a different look & feel when you walk into the new store. Gone is the huge food philosophy sign, but no worries – their philosophy is safe & sound, sprinkled throughout the store, and includes:

  • No high fructose corn syrup.
  • No artificial fats. Or artificial trans fats. Or artificial colors. Or artificial flavors. Or artificial sweeteners. Or artificial preservatives.
  • No bleached or bromated flour.
  • No antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones in their fresh meat or dairy.

Quite frankly, if a product carries any of the above, you will not find it on their shelves.

Earth Fare Local Products

You’ll find a good selection of local products, and Earth Fare pledges it won’t carry a “local” label unless it’s from within a 100-mile radius of the market.

 Earth Fare Greenwood

While the Noblesville Earth Fare location does not carry beer & wine, the Carmel and Greenwood stores do. And this price on their private label Earth Fare Big Red Tomato Wine fits my budget perfectly …

If wine is one of my vices, chocolate is the other. These Earth Fare Rainbow Drops are the natural version of M&M’s, colored with natural vegetable juices!

To celebrate the newest Earth Fare store to hit Indiana, they’ve provided me with a $50 Earth Fare gift card to give away to one lucky Chaos Is Bliss reader! The giveaway begins NOW and ends at 11:59pm on 7/31/14.

Count me in the “it costs too much to shop at Earth Fare” category. But I’m intrigued by the ways to save. Might have to check it out.

Grass-fed meat because I don’t do candy and most wine is fairly organic already. TY
