This is our typical after school routine: Off the bus, help the kids with homework, stare at my freezer and wonder what to make for dinner.
It’s nice if you have meat on hand, to mix up a tasty sauce and bake it in the oven with minimal fuss. There’s a product sold at my Kroger and Walmart stores called Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce, that I tried over chicken last week. It’s sort of a steak sauce, but suits its name well, because it really is all-purpose.
The recipe I tried on my chicken was from Country Bob’s website, simply called Chicken with the Mostest. With just a few ingredients I always keep in hand it was super simple to mix in a little All Purpose Sauce, cover it with foil and bake it. The sauce adds a bit of “zing” to the sweetness of the brown sugar, and it was yummy. There are several recipes to try, another one I considered was a Crockpot Orange Honey Chicken.
I also tried it when we had a few friends over to watch the Super Bowl, with cocktail sausages in a small crock pot. I mixed Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce with grape jelly and chili sauce, heated it a bit to help the jelly mix in better with a wire whisk, then stired it into the cocktail sausages in my crock pot. Again, super easy and adds a nice tangy flavor to whatever you’re cooking!

Worlds Greatest Hamburger
Ingredients :
2 1/2 of ground sirloin
1/2 package of Lipton Onion Soup
3/8 cup of Country Bobs All Purpose Sauce
1 T Country Bobs Seasoning salt or other.
Recipe Method :
Combine all ingredients and grill. When serving top off with a Tlb of Country Bobs.
