If you missed my Friday Freebies this morning on B105.7, here’s the rundown!
- 7-Eleven has a new smartphone app, where you can access special offers. Right now you can snag a free bag of Snickerdoodle Chex Mix. After you load the app, tap on the dollar sign to pull up the mobile coupon, good through Sunday (just don’t tap “Redeem” until you’re ready to check out as it’s only good for 15 minutes!
- Who wouldn’t like to erase a few wrinkles? Well you can pick up a new Dermasilk product at CVS for nearly free this week, and give it a-go. The 1- Minute Wrinkle Eraser is sold for just under $20, but you can either print a $10 coupon, or use a $5 coupon from Sunday’s paper, then with your receipt you’ll have $10 back in Extra Care Bucks on the purchase of any Dermasilk product, making it essentially free or cheap. Thanks Southern Savers!
- And there will be several restaurants and businesses offering discounts & freebies for Tax Day on Monday April 15th, such as a free order of Arby’s curly fries. I’ll have the full list posted this weekend for what you can expect on Monday, and be listening to Sean Copeland Monday morning for some highlights of more Tax Day freebies!

- Parents of potty training kiddos, you might be able to score FREE Good Nights brand Bed Mats at Walmart, for night time training. Print a high value coupon for $4 off any size package, and take it to Walmart where you might find travel size packs for around $2 (although I didn’t see this in my store), or else apply it to a larger size package for still great savings. You can even print the coupon twice.

- Next Tuesday March 19th is National Ravioli Day, and if you head in to Bravo, you can get 50% off all Ravioli entrées!
- And just for Hoosiers, I wanted to let you know about a new warehouse book sale where you can shop 60,000 books for only $1 each, and 50% of each sale goes to a non-profit called Save Our Veterans. It’s called Bukka Books, and the sale takes place every weekend at 101 S. Parker Drive near downtown.

If you missed my money-saving tips this morning on Indianapolis’ B105.7, here’s the rundown!
I wanted to plug a couple of handy apps you can load to your smartphone. So I was heading into Old Navy, and I didn’t have a coupon and their usual Facebook offer wasn’t updated yet. I loaded Old Navy’s Snap Appy mobile app to my phone. Now you don’t right away get a coupon, but if you scan any Old Navy logo – like on a price tag or in an ad insert, you’ll get plugged into special offers! Pretty quickly I got a $5 coupon to use on my in-store purchase, not bad! Find it for your iPhone or Android device.
- And there are mobile apps that will, legitimately, pay you for a little spy work in grocery and retail stores! Unfortunately for me, I have an Android and these that I’ve checked out are only available on iPhones, however through iTunes you can check out Field Agent and Easy Shift, both will pay you for a little mystery shopping in the form of scanning bar codes, snapping a few photos and submitting prices with your mobile phone, so check those out on iTunes and earn a few bucks while you shop!

- If you love to share your opinion on products, and you love free money, you can sign up for the CVS Advisory Panel. They will send you online surveys which payout in the form of Extra Care Bucks you can use in-store, ranging from $5-15 just for taking the time to complete a survey. And who doesn’t love to share their opinion?!
- If you haven’t heard the buzz, Dollar Tree is now accepting manufacturer’s coupons. Now while some of their food products you may have never heard of those brands before, they do carry major brands that you can match coupons with, such as Chex Mix, Cheerios, Smucker’s Ice cream toppings, Uncle Ben’s rice, Campbell’s soups and many more. Browse through available coupons at Coupons.com, Red Plum and Smartsource.
- Finding Nemo 3D is already in theaters nationwide, but you can get a FREE movie ticket by purchasing a select Disney movie on Amazon. After you make your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a promotional code and link to claim your free ticket.
