LG OLED at Best Buy
So last month I shared with you how we’ve begun transitioning our basement into a more older kid/adult hangout. We purchased a new 60″ TV, sound bar and media unit (with fireplace!), however due to a series of unfortunate events, the TV is still not mounted to the wall, and we’ve had a gaggle of electricians, a cable provider and contractors come out to help us figure out how we can best (and most affordably) make it happen.

Because I love “themes”, my new theme for the basement is going to be travel!  Larry and I were fortunate to take a trip to London and Paris in May, and combining some amazing pictures from that trip with numerous family beach experiences, and possibly some from family members (my brother went to Kenya and Dubai this year!), I think I’ll have some really amazing photos to mount on the wall.

My photos from our London and Europe trip, for the most part, were pretty stellar – I must say! And it’s not due to mad photography skills on my part. I’ve never taken a class. I owe it all to Canon. I have only owned Canon cameras, and not that many, because they have lasted years. (Until I left one out in the rain…).

I own a Canon Rebel T3i from a year or so ago, and as I’ve said – I’ve never taken a class, but I think it does a really nice job (see here, here and here).

LG OLED at Best Buy
Last month we began transitioning our basement from a mixture of Fisher Price-meets-English-pub, to a more older kid/adult hangout. The first phase was painting, which was painstaking, and we’re still not quite finished with the touch-ups. But really before the first phase could begin we had to pile a hundred bazillion toys into our storage room, most of which will soon be sold or donated.

Now that our basement is clear of anything in the plastic-y red/yellow/blue hue, all that remains is furniture, and a 32″ picture tube TV (that I say has a “big ol’ booty”).

So we are, as you might say, “in the market” for a new TV.

Best Buy has long been known as a holiday shopping destination, with photos in the news every year showing lines wrapped around the building, waiting for the doors to open on Black Friday.

One of the many TV brands carried by Best Buy is LG, and they’ve recently released their newest super-thin OLED technology, with magnificent color and webOS™Smart TV interface that lets you find content faster.

LG OLED at Best BuyWhat is OLED TV?
