It seems every time you turn around, another deal site is popping up. I tend to steer toward deals from brick-and-mortar stores, but unless you frequent spas or need your teeth whitened, they just don’t come up so often.
I just learned about Indianapolis Perks, which is through the radio company Entercom (in Indy this is My 107.9, NewsTalk 1430, and WZPL 99.5). It’s set up much like Groupon, and they offer a $10 referral bonus when you share with friends. So far it looks like it would be a good stop for deals from local businesses. Outside of the Indy area, head to the bottom of the Indianapolis Perks page to see if your hometown is listed, and get deals local to you.
